The 2022 DN Solutions Recap
A lot of years are fairly typical, with familiar ebbs and flows as the months progress.
And some years, like 2022, are NOT typical. Trade shows returned after a lengthy hiatus, new machines and new customers joined the party, and (can’t forget this one) Doosan Machine Tools became DN Solutions. So yeah, it was a pretty wild year.
This is the 2022 DN recap.
1. Names change. Greatness endures.
The Doosan name served us well for many years, but sometimes it’s just time for a change. With the unveiling of DN Solutions, our company was reborn as a total manufacturing solutions provider.
A constant during all that change: Machine Greatness. Despite the new name and exciting blueprint for the future, we are still all about making great machines so our customers can make great parts—and we always will be.

2. Two customers choose DN for similar reasons.
Geographically, AMT (Arizona) and KPT Precision (Ontario) couldn’t be much further apart. But despite all that distance, both places are proud DN houses for similar reasons.
Each of them have longstanding relationships with our machines and their local distributors, and a whole lot of trust has been established in that time. That’s why, when it came time to buy more equipment, they didn’t hesitate. AMT recently welcomed eight new DVF 5000 machines, and KPT Precision now has a DN lineup that’s 15 machines deep.

3. The DNT Series joins the team
The DN lineup of turning centers is longer than the line for the pancake house after church lets out, but that doesn’t mean we can’t add more to the family.
The new PUMA DNT Series takes what made the PUMA GT Series great and expands on it. Expect enhanced rigidity, usability and accuracy with this machine.

4. IMTS also endures.
COVID threw normal life upside down and canceled just about every in-person event, and massive trade shows were no exception. To be honest, wondered at times if IMTS and other shows like it would ever return. But in 2022, they came all the way back and we were thrilled to see it.
17 difference-making DN machines made it to the show floor at IMTS 2022 in Chicago, as did thousands of attendees who were introduced to a larger-than-life DN Solutions. Who’s up for doing it all again in 2024?
